In January 2003 he publicly said he did not own any HCA stock.Two weeks before that statement documents filed with the Senate showed that a trustee of his trust fund had notified Frist that HCA Stock was in his trust fund. Oh and by the way HCA is one of the biggest Hospital Groups in the US Started by the Frist family and they are still the biggest stockholders.
